Leadership Training Conference (LTC) is the premiere event for Region One DeMolay. Since its inception, LTC has been bringing DeMolays from across New England and Atlantic Provinces together for a brotherhood and learning experience that revolutionizes the way we think about DeMolay. Over the span of seven days and six nights, DeMolays will grow their knowledge and skills to become leaders in their Chapters and throughout their jurisdictions.
The 2021 Leadership Training Conference will be held at Loins Camp Pride in New Durham, New Hampshire from August 15th to 21st. The registration deadline is July 23, 2020.
The cost for the best week DeMolay can offer is only $350.00

Registration:
Registration is fully electronic this year with online registration. Each DeMolay must fill out a paper application and submit it to their Chapter Advisor. This form includes your medical information and preferences on LTC tracks and courses. The paper form can be found here and on our website! Your Chapter Advisor will register you online once they have received your paperwork.
Leadership Tracks:
On top of spending a week with their brothers building brotherhood, DeMolays have the ability to select different programs to attend within LTC. Each "track" gives valuable skills to each DeMolay. Based on their experience within DeMolay, members can choose to take leadership courses for DeMolay in general or their Chapter in particular. Past Master Councilors can attend LTC to gain the talents necessary to become effective Jurisdictional Officers. The Personal Leadership Track is in its second year and is for members that have completed at least the 10th grade and are entering adulthood.

Beyond the Leadership:
But LTC isn't all about developing leadership skills at any level. Each day, you and your LTC Chapter will come together and participate in events and activities for DeMolays from any state. You'll face other LTC Chapters in athletics to be top dogs of LTC throughout the week. You'll tackle rope courses, skill challenges, and more that are designed for brotherly bonding and fun! The LTC Staff shakes up the program every year so even if you've attended LTC before there will be something new for you to enjoy.
